What an exciting month March was! With the DELF exams taken by 140 brave candidates, a beautiful event celebrating women and sports, and workshops centered around language, a big thank you to all the participants and visitors who made March such a success!
In April, 15th, a new session of courses will begin, catering to all ages and levels, with a wide range of class times, classes every day, and a new classroom on the way. The Alliance Française de Kandy is more ready than ever to welcome its motivated audience!
On April 6th, the Alliance Française de Kandy will celebrate Children’s Book Day. On this occasion, children will discover new books from a school in France and will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop led by Mrs. Deneth Piumakshi Veda Arachchige, a multidisciplinary Sri Lankan artist based in Switzerland. Often exhibited and acclaimed for her work in Europe, it is an honor to welcome this artist to the Alliance Française de Kandy, and we encourage children to participate in this workshop that will combine reading, drawing, and writing.
