The Annual General Meeting of Alliance Française de Kandy was held on 24 January 2026, with the support of the French Embassy in Sri Lanka
The meeting was honoured by the presence of Ms. Olivia Bellemère, Head of Culture and Cooperation at the French Embassy; Ms. Cécile Hoorelbeke, Directress of the Alliance Française de Colombo and Coordinator of the Alliance Française network in Sri Lanka and the Maldives; Mr. Paul Rochelmagne, Director of Alliance Française de Kandy; and Mr. Sabry Abuthahir, President of the Executive Committee, together with the other Executive Committee members.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review on past events at Alliance Française de Kandy and to discuss upcoming projects and future initiatives.A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event meaningful and successful.
